Who Needs OnStar?
One of the cool automotive driven technologies exhibited at CES in Las Vegas involved auto paging. Like onstar opening you car, you can now command the same request from your cell phone.
One of the systems on display was the cell phone controlled AutoPage C3. The system has the ability to start the car from anywhere in the world. How great! I could be having a beer in a bar in Brussels, and if my daughter called from New York because she needed something out of my trunk, I could open it for her. That's right! Not only can you start it from just about anywhere, you can also roll the windows up and down and pop the trunk open! Could also scare the hell out of people I guess.
You'll never have to worry about leaving your keys in the car again with this gadget. Send the message to your car via cell phone, and have the windows roll down so you can reach inside.
