Toyota FJ Frees Stuck Hummer H2

Somewhere in the Near East, a Humvee owner is crying bitter tears of disbelief. Somewhere in Detroit, the original designers of the Hummer H1 are hanging their heads.

One can imagine that the Hummer H2 while pricey Stateside is even costlier in the Gulf states. Hence, there's an added pressure for performance whether in the field of attracting streetside attention outside a Nightclub or showing up your buddies in an off-road competition in the desert. But as this (00:36) video clip reminds, what's new and flash does not necessarily outdo what's tried and true.

The H2 winds up stuck in sand up to its door sills. So, the task of freeing the yellow Hummer is given to a trusty old Toyota FJ. What's surprising is how easy it looks for the li'l FJ.
