I'm not sure I cotton to this U.S. commercial. It's beautifully shot and edited, but the V.O. guy's speech comes off as creepy more than profound. Ah well, blame it on the talent.

Describing a tree in a sequence of driving instructions, he says it "casts a shadow like an old man's hand." Eerily written and delivered.

Anyway, for fans of Bangle's original 7-Series, this minute long TV spot will serve as silky visual to all the good facets of the sedan's flame thrown design.

It ain't everybody's likin', but it's well showcased. Just change the V.O. next time 'round.
