Stupid car crash

I don't know who is stupider, the car driver or the biker.
As you watch this 14 second video, ask yourself who is stupider. Surely the car driver. But the car DID signal, at least I think I see the signal on. Yes, he did cross two lines. But where was the biker really looking? I think he was looking at the people at the bus stop. If he didn't have a decent bike I might even think this was staged. Also notice the people at the bus stop. Nobody even seems to be wanting to aid this poor biker in his time of need. It is almost as if they are saying: no big blood pool, no need to help. Decent crash, decent air time on the biker, and it doesn't look like anyone got hurt.
