Slipstream To The Past

Haute couture de Paris meets Ford fashion. You see, in '58, style came to Paris in the form of the fin-tailed Ford. Or so the slick, vintage Ford ad man voice over tells us. "Approved around the world," apparently. But something tells us that Parisians would have found the American-sized sedan a bit too much the "hyper-car" and would have sought their own "third-way" with smaller Renaults and Peugeots. Clock those "safety twin-tailights". And that "power flow-hood". You can't help but intrigued by Ford style.
