Rolls-Royce has launched its first (under BMW) manufacturer-approved previously-owned sales scheme according to Autocar.

Similar to other certified used car schemes, buying a used Rolls under the "Provenance" plan will entitle the owner to own a chariot that's been "independently appraised" to meet Goodwood's standards and will come with a six year warranty that covers service, scheduled maintenance, and road-side assistance.

In London, there are two Provenance Rolls-Royce Phantoms for sale. According to Autocar the less expensive of the two is retailing for £179,950 ($368,000).
