Farewell Crossfire, we barely knew thee.

It would seem that Chrysler's CEO Robert "Home Depot" Nardelli has started his slash 'n burn program at Chrysler Group. Not to mention the 11,000 employees that are being handed their pink slip, Dodge and Chrysler fans will note that a number of models are being axed from the lineup.

These discontinued models are:

Chrysler Crossfire

Chrysler Pacifica

Chrysler PT Cruiser Convertible

Dodge Magnum Wagon

The job cuts affect positions in the U.S. and Canada and count as a 30% reduction in Chrysler Group's workforce.

I honestly thought this car was going to survive with its Mercedes mechanicals. I actually thought about buying one when it just cane out.
