There's been some speculation about just how accurate CAR magazine's Photo Shopped depictions of what the next BMW M3 would look like.

The new performance tuned variant of the Blue Roundel's 3-Series is set to appear on the world stage just before Summertime.

And as could have been predicted, the folks @ CAR did a good job on their homework for the bloggers @ LeftLaneNews captured some supportive evidence in the form of photographs taken of a grey, mildly disguised, M3 tester. The key difference between the two rear shots is the placement of the license plate.

The M3's restrained lines should prompt a sigh of relief from those fed-up with Bangle's bungles.
