We've wafted the morning commute before in a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupé on roads that looked like the Pacific Coast Highway. Now how about cornering the commute through fields of Lavender with something more tuned for sport?
That's where this BMW 335i convertible comes in. But like its much more expensive British stablemate, the BMW drop top is at peace with its surroundings - even at speed.
In this video, there's no thumping music, no raucous engine, just the lovely burble of a sporting exhaust note, a little wind noise, and faint singing of birds.
I think this is perfect therapy for a Monday morning. A driver and car in peace with the world around it. The zen lasts for more than nine blissful minutes. Enjoy.
