2007 E-Class

It may look familiar, but the new Mercedes E-Class sedan includes more than 2000 changes, thus qualifying it as a new generation 2007 model. It will be available with a choice of three engines but the good news – no, make that the really good news – is that one of those engines will be a diesel. Arriving in the fall, the new Bluetec diesel E320 will have 221 hp, 376 lb-ft of torque, and a 35-mpg fuel-economy rating good for about 780 miles of driving before a refuel. The gasoline 382 hp V-8 is rated at 20 mpg, while the E63 AMG features a 507 hp V-8 with 463 lb.-ft. of torque. More info on the 2007 E-Class can be found at Canadian Driver.
