Maximum Bob Supplies More PR Juice To Volt

GM's Car Czar "Maximum" Bob Lutz is going on the blogosphere record (a shaky record, that) assuring us that the Chevy Volt is more than just GM "greenwash" – cute term.
"We are treating Volt just like any other vehicle we do, giving it a dedicated development team and designating resources for it."
Among the latest development, Maximum Bob has explained that GM awarded development contracts in January to Cobasys/A123Systems and Johnson Controls-Saft. These two suppliers are charged with the task of producing the next generation of efficient Lithium-Ion batteries that will eventually power the electric Chevrolet.
Sounds good, Mr. Lutz.
