You guessed it -- more from the LA Auto Show:
As much as I liked the Jeep Gladiator concept car -- I hated the Jeep Hurricane concept car. I saw pictures of it last year when it debuted at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, but this was my first chance to see it up close and personal. My verdict: Just another silly exercise that will never go into production. A one piece carbon fiber body, 37" tall tires, approach/departure angles of 64.0/86.7 degrees, two 5.7 liter Hemi engines -- that's right, two 5.7 liter Hemi engines -- for a total of 670 hp and 740 lb ft of torque.
Don't tease me, Jeep! You're never going to make anything remotely like this!
I know, I know -- that's not the point of concept cars. The concept is the point. But still, how about a concept that's a little closer to reality?

Interesting to look at, just don't try to sell it.
