I have said it before and, man, I'll say it again because it pisses me off. Jaguar's "Gorgeous" marketing campaign that was ubiquitous in these United States troubled more than it pleased. In most areas, it's been discontinued - at least the Gorgeous jargon.
I was thankful that they scrapped it for this year's New York Auto Show. Last year, all any showgoer could listen to at the Jag display was "Gorgeous says..." "Gorgeous can't wait..." Gorgeous this and Gorgeous that.
But it's just made an ignominious return in a recent North American press release.
"Gorgeous Loves A Racing Heart - The 2007 R Performance Tour"
To hell with "Gorgeous" and leaper-less Jag sedans, too.
