The Champ Car season opens in long beach, where the Queen Mary looks down with pride as England's own Justin Wilson (seen here) has shown he has the speed to become series champion. Wilson, who honed his skills in F1, posted the fastest time in pre-season testing at the California Speedway road course. He also won the final race of 2005. Things are looking good for Champ Car, which went through a difficult period but is now under solid management. The Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach runs from April 07 through 09 and if you can't be there, friends, relax and enjoy. You and I can watch the race on NBC TV at 4:00 PM EDT.
