Honda Highground

CNN reports: Honda cleans up in Consumer Reports picks. Boy did Honda clean up! Honda grabbed 50% of the top picks. I admire the heck out of Honda so I couldn't be happier that they fared so well. The Honda's picked were: Civic, Accord, Acura TL, Odyssey and Ridgeline.
What is more interesting, however, was no cars from American manufacturers (GM, Ford, Chrysler) were on the list at all. We blame Ford for this, however. The Focus made the list last year, but the competition was pushed higher thanks to Honda and the old Focus couldn't cut it. Another interesting fact, however, is that Ford makes a great Focus, but they only sell it in Europe, not the U.S. That Focus could have nudged out one of the competitors. Or at least given one of them a good run for the money.
Out of these ten, which would I pick? I'd pick two: Honda Odyssey and the honda civic. You see, I have a family, but I also have a soul. A soul yearning for speed, baby! OK, a soul looking for something a little, uh, funner to throw around the curves.
