Gasoline Mike - Japan

Each Sunday our crack reporter Gasoline Mike will search the world for the most unique gas stations. Mike told us that he always though "rice burner" meant literally that - the Japanese run their cars and motorcycles on some sort of inventive rice biofuel.

He was surprised to find that rice fuel was not to be found anywhere.

Mike did find a cool Shell station in hiroshima though. Due to lack of valuable real estate, to save space, the Japanese have many stations with hanging pumps.
