Fiat 500 Revival Powered by Ford

Not since the Fiat 500 of the 1950's has a small car exuded so much charm as the Ford Ka, long praised by critics for its cheap and cheerful attitude. With a replacement not due until 2010, says Autoblog, Ford has turned to Fiat, which will begin producing its own version of the Ka next year, badged as a 500. That name alone won't make it a spiritual successor to the little Italian people's car; Fiat has already teased us with a concept more reminiscent of the much-loved original. I wonder, if Ford brought the Ka to America, would the company boost sales in Boston by renaming it the Cah?
