This is Cadillac's first-ever station wagon, but don't expect to see it in a supermarket parking lot near you anytime soon. The BLS wagon is another goodie limited to European distribution.
The BLS Wagon is based on the Saab 9-3 Sportwagon, and there are high hopes within General Motors for the practical Caddy - it's expected to account for 50 per cent of BLS sales in the UK. The BLK also comes in the sedan variety.
The Cadillac BLS Station Wagon is available with a variety of engines, a 1.9 liter common rail turbo-diesel with 150 hp, a new two-stage turbo diesel producing 180 hp, a new 2.0 liter bio-ethanol engine putting out 200 hp, a 175 hp and 210 hp 4-cylinder 2.0 liter turbo engines running on gasoline and the top-of-the-line turbocharged 2.8 liter V6 with 255 hp which will be available with 4WD.
