Are too many kids dying because of test failures

Take a look at this article 'Our children are dying because of test failures' and travel the road of Daryl Hewitt, the fater of a 17year old boy that was killed in a fatal road collision earlier this year. Amazingly, while I feel for this father, his son died because he was unaware of low tire pressure. Daryl's whole argument is that kids just starting to drive have no idea about the mechanics behind a car, how they are "supposed" to feel, and can't determine when something is wrong.

I do agree with this father. Maybe it's time for some extra education. Do you have a teenager driving? Have you given them extra instruction? Let us know.
