Appologys from NASCAR?

Did you see the NASCAR race on Sunday? Or did you see the lack of a race on Sunday? Well the tires forced a caution every 10 or 12 laps and the longest run under a green flag. It literally came down to a sprint at the finish. May the freshest tires prevail. I think appologies are due. How can you have a race when …oh…it wasn't a race. I don't think we will have a repeat of this in the future. My only question is: Why didn't they test the tires well in advance of the race. Come-on already. Just wondering how many ticket holders will be looking for a refund. Or at least a discount on next years race.
