A New Suzuki Toy Box

It might have been a little difficult to figure out exactly what the Suzuki X-Head concept was at the Detroit Auto Show, but the Japanese automaker will have an unmistakable concept at the Chicago Auto Show in February – a pick-up.
The truck will be built by Nissan at its Smyrna, Tenn., plant. The Suzuki pickup will be a version of Nissan's mid-size Frontier pickup, though neither company has specified whether it will be a four-door or two-door truck, long or short bed, four- or six-cylinder. The pickup will enter production next year, and will only be sold by Suzuki in North America, and in no other global markets.
The equator, as it should be officially named, has been registered as a trademark by the company.
Though the truck will be a rebadged Nissan Frontier, it will get a new fascia and other enhancements. It's not planned to be a high-volume vehicle for Suzuki.
Even though the pick-up market is soft, this could be a cross marketing win for Suzuki, If you have any other Suzuki toys like a motorcycle or ATV this could be the vehicle to haul them.
